- Website Information
The Insurance School of Tampa Bay website is a service rendered by HelpingClicks Corp, which offers insurance education to the state of Florida via online live streaming and online self-study courses for PRE License and CE purposes.
2. User Information
We welcome all individuals who are looking to become licensed in the state of Florida or who are in need of Continuing Education.
3. Accountability
No individual accounts are created through the website. A file is set up for a student only when they register for a class. These files are maintained off-site in accordance with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks ‘HelpingClicks’ and ‘Insurance School of Tampa Bay’ are owned by HelpingClicks Corp. All pictures and illustrations used on our site have been licensed from 123rf.com and/or Presentation Media.
5. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
HelpingClicks Corp makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind as regards to the website and associated technology. Any purportedly applicable warranties, terms and conditions are excluded, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
6. Termination Clause
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute with the Insurance School of Tampa Bay and/or HelpingClicks Corp, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration according to Florida Statute 720.311 Dispute resolution.

2) After you register
- • You will receive an email with:
– A link to your Personal Student Dashboard (PSD), which is password protected
– An orientation sheet
– A course syllabus with a timed outline
– Contact information to schedule a virtual orientation with your assigned instructor
3) Orientation
During the orientation, you will:
- • Receive your PSD password
- • Tour your Personal Student Dashboard (PSD)
- • Get an overview of our testing center and guidance on using practice tests for study
- • Discuss a realistic course completion timeline
- • Discuss payment arrangements
4) Payment and access
- • After the orientation, you will be billed for your course.
- • You will have seven (7) calendar days to pay, unless third-party billing is required.
- • If payment arrangements are not made, your PSD will be deactivated until you contact us.
Notes
- • If you have any questions during registration or orientation, contact your assigned instructor or support team via the PSD or the provided contact information in your orientation packet.
9. Payment Terms
All payments are accepted only through PayPal. Payment must be made before attending any class, unless other arrangements have been previously made.
Cancellations and Refunds
- • If no payment is made within seven (7) calendar days after completing orientation, your Personal Student Dashboard (PSD) will be deactivated, and the associated invoice may be withdrawn.
- • Class cancellations may be requested within fifteen (15) days after orientation. If cancelled within this window, refunds will be issued at fifty percent (50%) of the tuition amount.
- • Cancellations requested after fifteen (15) days post-orientation will not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, the PSD will be paused until you request reactivation.
- • Note: A class may be paused indefinitely and without penalty at the student’s request.
